How your data is handled
Isiah Wright runs Tru2Plan and is the controller of your personal data. Contact: isiahwrightcoaching@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, so you can sign in.
- What you enter: strategies, accounts, trades, notes, screenshots, fees and payouts.
- Your daily check-in answers: sleep, schedule, what you're carrying, how you feel, sharpness and prep, and, if you answer them, meditation and exercise.
- Your time zone, so days are grouped correctly.
Check-in answers are health data
Under UK GDPR, answers about sleep, mood and wellbeing count as special category data. We only store them with your explicit consent, which you give separately when you start. The database refuses to save a check-in without it. You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can use the journal without the check-in.
Why we use it
- To run the service you signed up for (contract).
- To link your trades to your check-ins (your explicit consent).
- To take payment once billing starts (contract).
We don't sell your data, show you adverts, or share your trades with any prop firm.
Who else handles it
- Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
- Vercel: hosting, run from Dublin.
- PostHog (EU): which screens are used, so we can improve the app. No cookies, no recordings, nothing you type; you're identified only by a random account number.
- Sentry: error reports when something breaks, without your personal details.
- A payment provider, once billing starts.
Each one processes data only on our instructions.
Who can see it
Only you. Every row is locked to your login at the database level. Screenshots sit in private storage and are shown through links that expire after ten minutes.
Coaching applications and feedback
If you apply for coaching or send feedback, your answers and email go to Isiah only, to reply and to decide whether coaching is a fit. They are kept until you ask for them to be deleted or delete your login.
Beta applications
If you apply to test the app before launch, your name, email, country, social profile link, rough monthly income and other answers go to Isiah only, to pick testers and contact you about the beta. You don't need an account to apply. They are deleted within three months of the beta ending, or sooner if you ask.
Sharing with a coach
Nothing is shared unless you choose to. If you share your journal with a coach, they can see your results and findings, read-only. Your trade notes and check-in answers are only included if you switch them on, and check-in answers only while your check-in consent is on. Screenshots and money records are never shared. You can stop sharing at any time from the app, and the coach loses access straight away.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. Deleted accounts sit in a bin for 30 days so you can restore them, then they are removed. Delete your login from the Profile tab and everything is deleted at once, including screenshots.
Your rights
You can see, export, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent from the Profile tab, where you can also delete your past check-in answers. Export everything as a spreadsheet, or delete your login, from the Profile tab, or contact us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
