The other side of the trade

Tru2Plan is a trading journal for prop traders. It checks every trade against your own plan, links it to how you were on the day, and tells you in plain words what keeps going wrong.

The problem
You know your strategy. You still break it.
Most traders don't fail because the setup stopped working. They fail on the trades they shouldn't have taken, and they rarely know which ones those are.
A journal shows what happened
It doesn't tell you whether the trade followed your rules, or what was going on with you when it didn't.
Profit hides the problem
A winning off-plan trade feels fine. Over fifty trades, those are often the ones taking your account.
Most patterns are noise
Cut thirty trades enough ways and something always looks important. Acting on a false pattern costs as much as missing a real one.
How it works
Three steps. Under two minutes a day.
Check in
Six quick questions: sleep, schedule, what you're carrying, how you feel, how sharp you are, and whether you did your prep. Two optional ones too: did you meditate, and did you work out. Your trades that day are linked to the answers.

Log it against your plan
Tick your checklist, enter your risk and how you exited. It tells you straight away whether the trade was to plan or off plan, and why.
- Every rule on your checklist met
- Planned, not impulsive
- Risk within your default
- Exit as planned
- Inside your daily trade limit

Read what it found
Your review puts it in plain words: what your strategy makes when you follow it, what the off-plan trades cost, and what comes before them. Pick one thing as your focus and track it week to week.

What it looks for
The things that cost traders accounts.
It checks your trades for each of these on its own. You don't have to know what to look for.

No false patterns
If your data doesn't show it, it won't tell you it does.
Every pattern has to pass a strict test before you see it. The test allows for the number of things being checked at once, so a lucky streak doesn't turn into advice. When there isn't enough data yet, it says so.

Who built it
I'm Isiah Wright.
I coach prop traders on the part of trading that isn't the chart.
For six years I've worked with traders who had a strategy that worked and kept losing accounts anyway. The answer was nearly always in their own trades, but no journal would show it to them without inventing patterns along the way.
So I built the one I wanted them to use. It holds you to your own plan, and it only tells you something when your data backs it up.

Questions
Before you start
Does it tell me what to trade?
No. It never gives trade or sizing advice. It checks your trades against the rules you set for yourself, and shows you where you keep breaking them.
Does it connect to my broker or platform?
No, and that's on purpose. Your journal starts the day you join: a fresh start, not a pile of old trades. You log each trade yourself, which takes under a minute once your strategy is set up, and logging it is when you notice what you did.
Will it work with my prop firm?
Yes. You enter your firm's rules when you add the account: target, daily loss, max drawdown, phases. It works for evaluations, funded accounts and your own personal account.
Who can see my data?
Only you. Every row in the database is locked to your login. Your check-in answers count as health data under UK GDPR, so they are only stored with your separate consent, and you can export or delete everything.
How long until it finds something?
You'll see your to-plan numbers from the first trade. Patterns take longer: each one needs at least 6 trades on both sides. Until then it says it doesn't know yet, rather than guessing.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It works in any browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
What happens after the free trial?
You get 30 days with everything. After that it's $29.99 a month or $249 a year, and you can cancel any time.
